The Broker Feed is intended only for licensed real estate professionals in the UAE. You must not create an account, post, or share listings if you are not a registered broker or otherwise permitted to deal in UAE property listings. We may ask you to verify your registration and may suspend or remove any account we believe is not eligible.
The Broker Feed is a closed, members-only network for brokers to share stock with people they follow. It is not a public property portal and it is not intended as advertising to the general public. Nothing on the network is published for public browsing.
You are solely responsible for everything you post. By posting or sharing a listing you confirm that:
(a) you have the owner's authorisation to market the property; (b) the details are accurate and not misleading; and (c) you hold, or do not require, any permit needed to advertise that property in the way you are using it, including any listing or advertising permit required by the DLD, RERA, ADREC or other UAE authority (for example a Trakheesi permit for public advertising). Obtaining and displaying any required permit is your responsibility, not ours.
Some features let you forward a listing to a specific person by a private link, or generate a link for a client. You are responsible for who you send these to. You confirm you will only forward listings to parties who are permitted to receive them under UAE law, and you will not use the network to advertise property to the general public in breach of any permit or licensing requirement.
We provide the platform. We do not verify the accuracy of any listing, we are not a party to any deal, transaction, or co-broking arrangement between members, and we do not act as your broker or agent. Any agreement you reach with another member is between you and them.
You must not misuse the platform, post content you do not have the right to post, impersonate anyone, upload other people's property photos without permission, or use the network for anything unlawful. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms.
You are responsible for any personal data you add about owners, buyers or contacts, and for handling it in line with applicable UAE data protection law (including the PDPL). Only add contact details you are entitled to hold and use.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the network, from any listing, or from any dealing between members. You agree to keep us harmless from claims arising out of your listings, your sharing, or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
